The Mind Body Spirit Institute partners once again with chefs Karuna and Antonio of Karuna's Kitchen, along with Chefs Beatriz Torres and Alexa Hernandez at Christo Mio, to bring an Ayurvedic meal and education to feasters. Enjoy a five-course meal with botanical aperitifs and dessert included.

Author, singer/songwriter, and artist Kiki Przewlocki, M Ed, will guide us to tap into our inner selves through art play, the spirited mediums of creative visualization/meditation, and guided writing.

Using her Soul Duster Card Deck and Combinatory Playbook, we’ll engage our broad-spectrum, creative selves. We’ll brainstorm and imagine, recall memories, and glean insight from our creative visualization/meditation session; we’ll paint, tear, build, or collage. We’ll get quiet and listen, share if we’re inspired, let go and breathe in. Our focus is not so much on the product as it is on the process of experiencing release, empowerment, and the joys of self-expression.

Please bring a journal or notebook and your open heart. Kiki will bring the paints, paper, and poetic license to play!
